Alex Gruezo, Personal Trainer/Fitness Coach and EducatorAlex joins us and shares his leadership and expertise with over 10 years in the fitness industry as a personal training, but also extensive background in Tae Kwon Do, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and a 3rd degree black belt in Filipino Martial Arts.

Scott Dietsch, B.A., L.M.T., A.O.S. / Massage TherapistScott has been a licensed massage therapist since 2006, having graduated from the prestigious Swedish Institute in Manhattan. He is now a member of the core faculty at the school, teaching classes in both Swedish Massage and musculoskeletal assessment. |

Michael Matos, L.M.T / Massage TherapistMichael uses an integration of techniques, including deep tissue, Swedish, trigger point therapy, Thai, and stretching to relieve muscle tension, elongate tendons, and increase range of motion in ligaments and joints. His work also helps invigorate the body from fatigue, sustaining health and well-being. |
