Alexis received her Masters of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy (MSOT) from New York University. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology with a minor in Health Education from Indiana University. She is also certified in Unitarian Reiki, Microcurrent Point Stimulation (MPS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and is a Breathwork/Meditation teacher. She is focused on holistic wellness recognizing that each individual is unique in their physical deficits as well as thought patterns, which requires an individualized approach towards healing. Alexis focuses to help clients succeed in a way that is both self-empowering and motivating for them to have long term success. Through Occupational Therapy, Alexis believes that clients will be able to enhance their overall quality of life making every day more meaningful.
